Abstract
The Fourier-Bessel expansion of electromagnetic fields is used to handle wave propagation in a semi-infinite, perfectly conducting, cylinder with a circular basis in the z=0 plane on which impinges normally a harmonic Bessel beam whose electric field is horizontally polarized.
